Sonny Singh is the Founder Chairman of the Board of SS Group of Companies Ltd. Sonny is widely recognized across the UK for his path-breaking and visionary contributions to the developing of modern new homes through his pioneering role as a real estate developer and corporate.
An extraordinary entrepreneur, a true leader with presence in the UK real estate arena for over 25 years has led the company from the front and has created a working environment that encourages, evaluates and ensures the personal and professional growth of each employee. The positive results manifest in the exponential growth of the company even during periods of economic turbulence.
Under SS Group of Companies Ltd they have successfully completed on several recognised projects in the UK and are now beginning one of their first-ever off-shore development in the Marbella area of the Costa Del Sol in Spain.

Richard Eglinton
Managing Director
Richard is a highly experienced professional having started his career within a well known Chartered Surveyors in Edinburgh, dealing with all aspects of residential and commercial agency, specialising in the acquisition and disposal of regulated tenancy portfolios where he became a recognised expert in this field. He was retained by a number of high profile organisations including Edinburgh Healthcare NHS Trust and the UK’s largest landlord Granger Trust.
In 2000, Richard became Sales Director of the largest real estate company on the Costa del Sol then setting up Elegant Homes Worldwide which became a leading player in the international market dealing with projects in Spain, USA, Bulgaria, Cyprus, The Bahamas and many more.
Richard returned to the UK in 2009 to buy and develop property in the UK taking advantage of difficult market conditions to acquire properties below market value. In addition, he spent periods acting as a consultant to property developers and property funds in both Cape Verde and Dubai.
Richards previous role was Sales Director for 5 years at Investorist, the world’s largest B2B off-plan property marketplace and SAAS provider.
Richard is now Managing Director to the Seclusive brand at SS Group of Companies. He brings a wide variety of experience with him and is enthusiastic about growing the companies portfolio of projects and business over the next 10 years.
Kirsty Schofield
Chief Investment Officer
Kirsty is a an enthusiastic professional who has varied experience with solid background dealing in all aspects of buying and selling, working within various sectors and private business in real estate and investments.
Kirsty has joined SS Group of Companies in 2023 and is working with the group mainly involved in Land and Investment.
Having proved extremely successful in many acquisitions and disposals for the companies investments and is hands on involved in sourcing, acquiring and disposal of its land and assets.
Based in Puerto Banus Marbella often visiting the UK, UAE and other locations for the group Internationally.
Kirsty is proving to be a integral part of the business success and is helping grow the business profits adding to the exponential growth they have already seen over the last decade..
