SS Group was founded with the aim of designing, planning, building and managing residential developments that were better than the standards being produced across the country at the time, and that ethos still resonates today. At SS Group it is still, and always will be, the standard of design and build that sets them apart and the aim is to produce innovative, fresh and revigorated residential homes.
Our heritage dates back to the 90’s the Group was founded in 96 when it saw a gap in the market for high-end developments in Solihull and Birmingham in the United Kingdom.
With an unequaled 100% planning success rate over the last five years, the group put it down to developing strong relationships with all key stakeholders and a sympathetic understanding of the site’s surroundings.
We have a proven track record in building luxury homes, commercial blocks, student schemes, apartment blocks suitable for PRS to modular homes suitable for the government’s plans to build homes quickly for the large current housing demand.
